It would be great to have a feature similar to Mailchimp’s “Resend to non-openers,” with options to: Resend all unopened emails from the same account Resend from a different account Resend after editing the email content This would be especially helpful when sending software-related emails that may land in spam.

I'm looking for a feature that will nudge me for emails I received but didn't reply to for over than 24hrs. Is there a way to set it up to do it automatically without me triggering a reminder for each individual email?

WhatsApp button as a social media option in the email signature. Ideally, it should: Use the same placeholder area as the mobile/telephone field so the phone number can be shown. Allow user to differentiate between: office number mobile number WhatsApp-only contact number

What we need is for the follow-up action to generate an email notification. That way, we can track and act on follow-ups directly through email rather than relying on in-app tasks.

Be able to translate signature labels such as "Email", "Telephone", and "Website" into Spanish.

Dashboard: It would be nice if we could move the boxes about, as I dont really need the first two grey boxes to be at the top. I'm more interested in the tracked emails. Navigation Bar: It would also be nice to rearrange this, or to hide sections.

export all tracking information into a csv file I would really like to have this feature. I am working with a lead score to rank my leads. Knowing how many times they opened the mail is a very important indication of their level of interest and is a large portion of the lead score.

Option to change the arrangement of signature elements in the signature templates.

Whether you've created 30 templates or just onboarded a new team member, selecting templates one by one to share is tedious. There should be an option to select multiple templates at once to reduce administrative effort.

Signatures: It contains English terms such as ‘Address’ and ‘Phone’. I would like to have these translated into Dutch. If changing the language is challenging, perhaps it can be adjusted manually
