It would be helpful to have a way to quickly see which of my sent emails have not received a reply. A simple overview or filter that highlights unanswered messages would make it easier to follow up and manage communication more efficiently.

We plan to introduce a special widget, which list all emails you should follow-up to.

Yuriy, Toni, have you already considered assigning these received emails to yourself via Mailbutler? Then you can use our Assignment widget in the sidebar to get an overview of all emails you assigned to yourself…

Fabian I mean the emails sent, not the received ones. Or do you think that I should assign all sent emails to myself?

Very good suggestion, I have already suggested it in a similar form (namely that you can view a list of unanswered emails and remove them from there, i.e. that they no longer appear as unanswered)
