It would be super helpful if you're able to be compatible with Zapier. We use Redtail as CRM, which is integrated with Zapier. Would be fantastic that when a new contact is created in Redtail that the same contact is created in Mailbutler, or visa versa.

Can sync contacts with ICloud?

It would real be great if it is possible to create an appointment in the same way as I create reminders. Off course sync to Apple Calender.

I have multiple “Reminders List” in apple reminders. For example, one for work, another for a side business and another for personal stuff. I have the same number of email accounts. So, how can I link each email account with it proper reminder list?

I hope that I will be able to use Mailbutler with Proton Mail, a secure, ad free mail program.

Posting this on behalf of u a user. Could the name of the email and the date added being added to the Apple reminders entry. Currently, as far as I know, only the subject line is included. If there is way to do what I wish, please let me know.

Currently all emails selected for Follow up as well as Tasks created end up in the same folder in "Reminders". It would be great if one could choose which folders Tasks and Follow-Up emails end up in. And lots of items often appear twice..,.
