send later times as AM or PM not the 24hr clock.

Can I assign a keyboard shortcut to send at different times? E.g., I use command+shift D to send all my emails. Can you make it this easy for me to send at a specified time? Can command+shift+F be 90 seconds in the future? Extra points if I can have multiple shortcuts multiple times, eg commnad+shift+c for 2 minutes, etc Thanks
