adding on behalf of a user: implement one shortcut for templates followed by phrase filtering the user would like to answer an email with typing a shortcut followed by a phrase the user's suggestion is to make it so the shortcut can take the word prior to the curser when being pushed and use that to find and select and insert the template. and the user says it would be quicker if we would allow tab as a shortcut

Ability to have an option to switch font to Calibri

It would be helpful to see the email template on the mobile app, so that I can copy them in my emails when on the go. Thank you!
