Random signatures

The reason I haven't upgraded to Sonoma is that I still use SmallCubed MailSuite, and the reason I use SmallCubed MailSuite is that they allow me to add randomly chosen signatures. Can you do that? Custom HTML signatures with variables, the values of which are taken from a Json file. Thanks in advance!

My University (IMT Atlantique) has a standard signature for all staff members (whether administrative or teachers), and this signature is given to us in HTML format (it contains buttons for the various social media). So I really need to be able to use HTML signatures. Furthermore I wish to be able to add a random sentence (out of a closed list contained in a JSON file) to the signature, until now this was done by SmallCubed MailSuite, but the latter is not compatible with Sonoma, so I will have to continue using Ventura until MailButler introduces this feature. Please don't let me stay forever in Ventura…

As I was reviewing the features of Mailbutler, I thought that I saw that HTML signatures were available and that was an attractive point. The predefined templates are almost ok but very limiting.

Indeed. The "automated" way of creating signature may seem a good idea and is OK for those who are not at ease with HTML design but there are many standalone HTML design utilities that can be used, so Mailbutler should offer the ability to use the code produced by those applications.

Hi There, the main reason i purchased this app was for the custom signature option. Could you please bring this option back as it was such a great feature

Hello, I would be very happy if we could further edit the signature. This means that you can also freely determine the position of one or more logos.
It would also be helpful if more fonts could be used.
In the business version, I can bring in other users. However, editing then becomes very difficult because the “master” is on guard - my settings in the text fields can then no longer be changed - but the paragraphs and disclaimers are determined by the admin. B

Yes! This would be a lovely feature to have... especially because the stock signature I want to use misbehaves when placed while using a MacBook. Please bring it back. Thanks!

I have been asking them for a few years now, "Why did they ever remove the custom html code for a custom signature???" They have NEVER answered me. It was the absolute stupidest removal I've ever seen. It was a function, a great feature, that was available. It made it extremely easy to create and upload a total custom email signature using html, the exact signature you would like for your emails. All they had to do was keep it while adding new features.
Using Apple Mail, I have a work-around if anyone is interested. It bypasses their lack of offering a custom html email signature, and allows you to use the exact look you want for your signature.
