When I schedule a message for send later, it gets stored in outlook's drafts folder. This means that my drafts folder has a mix of emails that are really drafts and ones that are scheduled to go out.
There is no easy way to tell the difference between the two. this is because outlook does not have ability to pin the mailbutler addon into the sidebar for messages in draft mode. So to find an email in drafts that still needs to get finished up you need to click thru one by one, open the mailbutler addon sidebar on each and check send later value. VERY CUMBERSOME. :(
Alternatively (instead of separate folder) if there was some way to distinguish drafts from queued send later messages that would work.
