Now that you are removing the 30 free actions for Essential users, could you introduce a lower-priced, limited plan for those of us who don't usually go over the 30 actions? I can't justify the annual Professional subscription as I only use MailButler about once a month to put tracking on certain invoice emails so that the customer can't allege they haven't received our invoice

We’ve listened to your feedback over the last year, and are happy to announce that we’re now providing more features and options to all of you. For our free, Essential users, you now have unlimited access to Open Tracking, Send Later and Basic Signatures (on top of the always free Undo Send and Attachment Reminder). You get all of this in exchange for a watermark at the bottom of each email.
For those of you who’ve been Professional subscribers and wanted access to more features, but didn’t need the full Business subscription, there’s now Professional+. This plan is in between Professional and Business both in price and in features. You can check out the details on our pricing page: https://www.mailbutler.io/pricing. In this plan, you get all of the Professional features plus Link Tracking, Tracking Details, Custom Signatures, and Recipient-Optimized Scheduling.
If you’ve got any questions about this, please reach out to our support team at support@mailbutler.io.

Agreed! Mailbutlers pricing model is likely causing users to stay aware of competitor plugins that are priced more competitively. This current pricing model is not building loyalty among users, especially as they continue to remove and restrict features.

When the 'simplified pricing structure' was introduced in October 2020, I decided to de-install Mailbutler because the $120 per year was just not worth it solely for 'scheduling' of email. It seems I wasn't alone, judging from the feedback: (https://unpacked.mailbutler.io/2020/06/08/why-i-decided-to-simplify-our-pricing-structure/)
I periodically check in to see if a more realistic pricing schedule has been introduced. I and some others proposed $1-2 per month for scheduling to be added to 'Essentials'. Sadly, Mailbutler pricing remains unchanged, which is a shame, as I am sure many more people would subscribe if the pricing was more realistic.... As I pointed out to customer support, an Office 365 for 5 users is cheaper than Mailbutler...

Send Later as an Essential Feature
Jamie Forster
Making the Send Later an Essential feature will likely get you many more downloads/users, as well as retaining users you've already attracted with the 30 free actions offer, removing the free 30 actions for this feature is going to send people elsewhere looking for this functionality for free in a competitor.
