I love having mail templates.. BUT. need HTML editing (or more/better) formatting of them.. Some of my existing templates I can't edit font size at all. Can't choose Helvetica as a font type. Sometimes can't choose a font between 14 and 18? Sometimes if you paste text it, you can't change formatting at all. etc.. Really need more control of this otherwise awesome feature.

Also, when I copy parts of other HTML emails into the template editor, save it and then try to use these templates, it seems to put huge random spaces between text paragraphs and either completely eliminates the html part of the email or moves items around in a way that the layout looks horrible. I assume it’s about some automatic cleanup of the html code, but the effects are very frustrating.
