Follow Up By Person Or Company Not Subject

I want to be able to see in my chosen integration automatically who I am following up. So the person or company and not the subject. There is no way to do this from Mailbutler. At the moment I have to do send the email which goes to my google tasks for instance then I have to open google tasks and find th email and amend it there to who it is from. So really it does not work for me as the whole point is to make life easier.
Is there a way to do this from Mailbutler or is there a platform that I can use instead of google tasks

When I’m automating my follow ups I want to be able to do it straight from Mailbutler. So when it is pushed to my google tasks I can automatically see in there who I need to speak to about a certain subject. As I may want to email the same subject to a few different people at once.

If I understand you correctly, you are mainly using our Mailbutler Tasks feature to follow up on your contacts? We also provide a Mailbutler Contacts feature (full access to this is included in the business plan), where you can add tasks or follow-up reminders directly to a contact. You can find some more information about it here: https://help.mailbutler.io/help/how-do-i-use-the-contacts-feature-on-outlook-mobile-and-dashboard. Would that solve the issue you are facing?
From March 2nd, there will also be a new release available which will enable you to manage your contacts, tasks and many more things directly from the sidebar in your email application.
