Using other mail tracking services, I'm confused how no one has complained about only getting notifications on first open?!?
Imagine for a second I send an email quote to a customer. They open my email (BAM! I get first open notification). Great!
Here's where I'm confused. Imagine now this same customer opens my email quote 2-3 months. Should I not be getting a notification that my customer has opened this original email a second/third/forth time etc....
Getting notification of a quote I sent months ago will make me instantly call them!
