First Open Tracking Only? WHAAAAAAT?!

Using other mail tracking services, I'm confused how no one has complained about only getting notifications on first open?!?
Imagine for a second I send an email quote to a customer. They open my email (BAM! I get first open notification). Great!
Here's where I'm confused. Imagine now this same customer opens my email quote 2-3 months. Should I not be getting a notification that my customer has opened this original email a second/third/forth time etc....
Getting notification of a quote I sent months ago will make me instantly call them!

Hi Alex, thank you for your comment. Indeed, as others already commented, we do have notifications for tracking after the first opening. This is available on the Professional+ and Business plan. For users on the Essential and Professional pan, we offer the tracking feature with the first open time. I will close this feature request here as we already have this feature.

I couldn't agree with this more. The only reason I use mailbutler is for read receipts, and found newton and superhuman did a superb job at this. Especially when you send an email to multiple people, it's important to know who has opened the email. The price difference to go up is way too big just for this one feature. I might as well go back to superhuman at that price.

I have "Professional", and do have open tracking but, like with Alex, it's only the FIRST open.. And the "business" plan is way too pricey for me. Ever look into Spark or Polymail apps?

Yes, this is one of the many effects stemming from the removal of all Free Monthly actions back in October. You CAN have followup tracking IF you upgrade to a Business Account.
