One feature that feels it's missing is the ability to have specific collaborator "roles" or separate "teams," as well as more advanced reporting.
For instance, it would be nice if there was an "admin" role, that could view ALL user/team activity. It doesn't need to be granular, (although it would be nice) but being able to see a users tracked email #, open %, clicked % etc.
We are moving from Yesware, but this was one nice feature. (It allowed multiple segmented teams with an activity/reporting dashboard)
While we realize you can setup collaborators manually, (such as 5 users making 5 users collaborators, then 5 different users making 5 different users collaborates) it would be nice if you could have something like "inside sales," "outside sales," with the ability for "managers" to view activity/reports without having to just be a collaborator.
