even better would be if Mailbutler, like Thunderbird, could make this sensitive alias. If I choose me@domain.com as my "From" address, don't do anything extra, but if I choose support@domain.com as my "From" address, auto-cc myself so that the rest of the team who gets support@ also sees my response.
