The envisioned AI feature would act as a smart agent that learns from past emails, websites, help files, and manuals to automatically handle incoming messages. It should be able to recognize repeated questions, reply directly when possible, escalate when needed, and continuously improve its knowledge to take on more support and operational tasks over time.

Keiron, our smart assistant Maia already provides a "Reply" feature. Can you please provide more details how the current feature does not fulfill your requirements?

Fabian - it's to become more like Fyxer Ai where you reply in my tone, and can automate a reply immediately and we can accept or deny / change it

Yes Fabian - also have an option to auto reply for me within the email, reading the trail and a quick reply jsut incase I want to use one
