It would be smart to be able to schedule an e-mail to 'send later' and have it stopped in case you get an e-mail from the recipient before the planned 'send time'. I might schedule an e-mail to send early morning etc and don't want it to send automatically if I have gotten an e-mail from the recipient before that time.

I think you may want to add the following to the workflow to sendlater/follow up
For example, I have an email to follow up with another attorney about them providing due diligence documents to me. Either the other lawyer or I ask for 30 days to collect. Once I conclude my call, I sent an email to the other lawyer for 30 days in the future to follow up and ask how they are doing on the provision of the due diligence.
I think it would be very helpful to add a checkmark to the sendlater function to confirm sending of that email 30 days from now, and hold that email pending a confirmation.
the sendlater with warning if you would. the sendlater with warning would pop up (maybe as a notification?) where you have the option to send the scheduled email or delete the scheduled email. This would be a huge improvement for people like me (lawyers) who like to set follow up emails upon completion of calls.
Happy to explain more if you like

Follow up triggering a sent later email

Building on follow ups.
What if you could schedule an email (using send later) BUT have a check mark to alert you before the email is sent for the user to choose to send a follow up or to trash the email
Thoughts?
I can explain the workflow and how that would be of use if you like

I tested Polymail in the past and they had a feature that allowed us to check a box to stop the send later if there was a response from that recipient before the scheduled time for that email to be sent. I think Joshua's suggestion and this "don't send if response" feature would be amazing!

Hi Joshua,
Yes, it would help us if you could explain this further. You would like to have an extra safety before a scheduled email goes out?
