I have so enjoyed the professional mail butler service but only used delay send and track when opened and as a self employed writer the full whack$120 is just too much for me to pay for 2 actions-can there be another option please? I have just upgraded to Catalina and it is not working at all. The customer service has been outstanding and I will miss it if there is only the one full price option.

Professional Experience Throttled With Update
Billy Heschl
One of the main reasons I bought Mailbutler was because of the ability to see info on when emails were opened. In general, I feel like getting rid of the free actions really throttled my experience with the software - to the point that I'm not sure it's worth the expense. I often feel like I'm using a free-based software with how many features are not available to me. It might be worth considering another price tier. Or a similar price tier that focuses on a different type of customer (one more concerned with analytics, rather than scheduling emails).

Cheaper Price

Hi,
I want to start with this: I absolutely LOVE Mail Buttler. It's the only program like this that I've tried, and I'd never want to use any other after my experience with you guys. I first used it as a Lead Marketing Coordinator with a team of 5-10 employees and it was perfect. However, I'm now a professor with 70-100+ students, and I've found a problem with your subscription tiers.
The professional vs business tier just doesn't cut it for educational purposes. I love that I can track "read" emails and link clicks, but I can only track the first "read" and the first link click. This is a problem because as a professor I often send one email to 30+ recipients as a BCC. And thus I can't see how many times it's been opened, clicked, etc.
I really want to suggest a third tier before your business tier that is geared towards educational purposes. The gap of $7 /month vs $30 /per month is too large, and as a "public servant" I can't afford the $30 option when I only need the one/ two extra features.
Thank you guys for your consideration, and I hope you do think about a fourth tier for your amazing product.
Best, Bradley Shoopman

Add tracking to professional plan
Luana Russo
I have a professional plan and I am really happy about it. As I already pointed out, the only feature that would really make the service incredibly better would be to know whether the email has been open by the recipient, in case of multiple recipients (e.g. recipients in copy).
It was explained to me that this is not an easy thing to implement, but for the business client you have in the tracking info how many times an email has been open (and from where). This is a key information that gives a pretty good approximation about which recipient has read what. You might maybe consider it to add just that feature to the professional subscription (maybe for just a limited amount of actions, as in the past?). I think it would be enormously helpful for many professionals that are not in sales.

The issue that you can "only track the first "read" and the first link click" is why I'm going to have to part ways with Mailbutler.
Can anyone explain why only the first interaction is tracked? Is that just a limit of the pay tier I can afford?

I agree. I only need the Open Tracking feature.
Perhaps even if you have a “Communication” package which includes Open Tracking with the rest of the features, I wouldn’t mind paying for that too.

Other services offer this... I would love to see this integrated into MailButler as well!

I confirm this need!

The Business price is more than I can justify without a team but I would be willing to pay for some of the Contact Management features separately.

The jump from $0 to $90 is too much. How about a lower price point for the 30 actions/month?
