- Fixed some localization issues.
- Restored follow-up menu item functionality. This also fixes the keyboard shortcut to add a follow-up with default time.
- Added back the option to set a follow-up item with default time to the follow-up UI.

- Indicators if notes or tasks are inside a conversation (Inboxes)
