Absolutely required!!! I just tried out using Tags today, and was shocked to find it wasn't built to do this automatically.

Ultimately I wanted to try using Tags to track project correspondence, as I am a manufacturers agent (essentially a middleman), so I am looking for a way to better manage and track various project communications going back and forth between the manufacturer, the customer and myself.

If anyone has any thoughts or best practices on how to do this then I'm all ears...
