Currently, tracking multiple recipients is only available in Apple Mail. Unfortunately, this functionality is not available on Gmail web.
Other mail tracking clients, such as MixMax and MailSuite, offer this feature and can track individual recipient read receipts. This feature should be added to MB as well.

Better mail tracking is always better. I get inconsistent results in Apple Mail.
