It is frustrating to have to click through every email to figure out which was seen last. It would be far more functional if we could sort the events list by different things such as "most recently opened", "number of times opened", "most recently replied to", "most recently replied from", "time before opening" et cetera. Otherwise, the entire purpose of this feature is incredibly burdensome.
